The Loft is an open, studio-style residence defined by its architectural ceiling lines and flexible layout. Positioned on the third floor, it offers a unique perspective and elevated treetop views within The Michigan House.
The space combines living, dining, and sleeping areas into one cohesive environment, anchored by a central kitchen island that serves as both a functional workspace and a gathering point. The kitchen includes an apartment-size 24-inch electric cooktop, oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator.
Sloped ceilings create character and intimacy, while the open layout allows for a relaxed and adaptable living experience. The Loft sleeps two with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, and includes one full bath.
When paired with The Canopy below, The Loft becomes part of a two-story residence, accessible through a private internal staircase, offering expanded space and a distinctive multi-level living arrangement.
